Could not connect to JACK server as client

Describe the bug

I had issues running "QjackCtl" in jack2-win64-v1.9.17
-- QjackCtl was freezing on launch
-- separate bug report #727

So I downloaded older release to test jack2-win64-v1.9.15
-- QjackCtl launches fine in v1.9.15
-- i get errors popups when trying to START (see screenshot)

Environment

• JACK Version: jack2-win64-v1.9.15
• Operating System: Windows 10 64 bit (Windows 10 Pro 1909)
• Installation: Official exe setup from web - jack2-win64-v1.9.15

After changing soundcard i could get JACK to start - unfortunatelly this version does not have JACK ROUTER so i can use it anyway... ISSUE CLOSED... problem fixed by changing configuration but v1.9.15 is not usable for me without ASIO
