The goal of this project is to create my own little OS for the stellaris Launchpad.

The following things are requirements:

* Premeptive Scheduling
* Mutexing
* Utalizing the full floating point support
* Working Malloc

Notes:
ROM vs not-ROM functions (ROM_SysCtlClockSet vs SysCtlClockSet), the ROM functions are hardcoded available on the hardware, the not-rom functions need to be linked to the software
The printf functions of newlib cannot be used. Instead the TI UARTprintf is being used
