Unable to use download_all_icd_data #185

Hi all,

This might be better suited for stack overflow but I doubt I'll get a response with something so niche.

I can't seem to download all the icd data. It gets through a few of the files and errors out:

It looks like the package is looking for a file that doesn't exist.
