package pulled from CRAN

Hi, I wanted to make sure you noticed that CRAN recently removed this great package. (I maintain a few packages, and sometimes the CRAN emails get flagged as junk mail.)

We like this package a lot. Is there something you'd like help with regarding CRAN?

Here's the message I see on CRAN:

Package ‘icd’ was removed from the CRAN repository.

Formerly available versions can be obtained from the archive.

Archived on 2020-04-11 as check problems were not corrected despite reminders.

Thanks for entering an issue for this. It was indeed a big issue. There were documentation format errors and deprecated compiler flags, which are now fixed by 9e51986 . It needs manual review, but I hope it will be on CRAN soon. I will follow with backlog of fixes for other issues, mostly around use of international data on some Windows machines.
