Major Updates

  • Model Texturer now extracts VMTs, converts them to VTFs and applies them to your extracted model all at once
  • Changed Model Texturer to be type-based
    • Select texture either a Character, Weapon, Cosmetic or Map
      • Weapon and Cosmetic texturing currently disabled as they are still WIP under the new system
  • Model Texturer exposes various overridable properties, letting you define VMT properties to use in your Unity material

Minor Updates

  • Added critical effect prefab

Fixes

  • Imported textures will have Alpha is Transparency set to false by default

Jam releases never work well

Bugfixes

  • Fixed tool not being able to find VTFCmd.exe
  • Forgot to include the Skeleton Mesh Swapper, wow
  • Added a check to parse the texture field of eye .VMTs

Hi, if you're here, you're probably here from TF2 Maps

Honestly, the 0.0.1 version is only here for the sake of showing that I submitted on time during the jam period.

I accidentally broke the model texturer last minute, only the skeleton mesh swapper works.

You're better off checking the other releases for a more useable version.
