Option to hide tags in Recent Notes component

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some of my notes have too many tags and when I use the RecentNotes component in some places, I don't find it very helpful to have those tags appear there. It'd be nice if we had an option like showTags which could be set to false if a user wants to hide them from their recent notes section.

Describe the solution you'd like
An option showTags which is set to true by default to preserve existing behavior. Setting to false would not render tags in Recent Notes.

Modifying the source in my fork.

I just made the PR #1147 that would implement this. It was quick to implement and I wanted to do this as well
