Admonition nested callouts do not behave as expected

Describe the bug
Nesting a callout and then having another nested callout beneath it returns unexpected behaviour

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Write markdown as follows:

> [!note] Test
> > [!note] Test2

> [!note] Test
> > [!note] Test2

Expected behavior

When set up with Quartz, you get the following instead

This issue should be fixed in Quartz 4. I'll be closing it for now but please reopen this issue if this persists in the new version.
