type-to-search emoji picker for the command line

emoji-picker looks for an emoji keyword file called emojis.json in the current directory. the file should either be, or the format should match, this file from muan/emojilib. if you like, you can download it with the following command:
wget -O emojis.json https://raw.githubusercontent.com/muan/emojilib/main/dist/emoji-en-US.json
