- now supports comments (# comment)
- now skips blank lines, used to crash
generate.pyc
- now checks if mod ids exist

- log now displays line number of each mod in mods.txt

TODO

may add a feature to auto-add dependencies, but im unsure what to do if two mods require the same dependency. don't count on this feature ever being added
