This is a modified pytorch to automate memory allocation of tensors in Persistent Memory + DRAM heterogeneous memory. The code for memory allocatino interpositioning and memory management can be found in branch mem-hookup-perGraph mem-hookup-perGraph is ther version which we used for class project.
