[Feature Request] Minimize to tray instead of taskbar

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Sometimes when I Alt+Tab, it opens the bot status monitor, when trying to cycle through windows. I am hosting the bot on my PC and since I want to keep it on for friends most of the time, It's an annoyance to stop my workflow because I accidentally cycled through the wrong window and everything gets out of place.

It's definitely a quality of life improvement.

What is your ideal solution to the problem?

Please add either a switch on the GUI or a config file option to minimize to tray, rather than to taskbar. Native incorporation works too.

1. Start Bot
2. Switch / Choice how to minimize
3. Minimize to tray instead of taskbar
4. Enjoy a happy life with happy, clutter free taskbar

I'm pretty busy and I don't have that much experience with Java, but if needs arise, I'll make a pull request myself and shoot a shot at the issue.
