This solve some errors when trying to inspect a BKTR section with more than one buckets.
PD: I'm sagumamugas (author of BKTR section stream) I lost access to the other account. I malinterpreted some offset thinking they are accumulative, but they aren't.
This PR should solve jakcron/nstool#98, jakcron/nstool#99 and jakcron/nstool#104
