New option to colorize room

New:
Option colorizeRoomWithAirQuality allows it to colorize the room tiles in green/orange/red depending on the overall room air quality. This only works with a AirQualityService device (such as Twinguard)

Changed:
Removed deprecated rxjs function.

If you are updating to this module version, you will need to execute npm i as there was a dependency change
