Stability and bug fixes

Minor release including cleaning up of the code and bug fixes.

• Testing done on the homology extraction
• Bug where the start of the genome would be missed if not included in the backbone file
• Faster sequence recreate check

NetworkX v2.4 support and error fixes

This new release adds support for NetworkX v2.4 and adds checks for common input errors.

Notes:

• Use of NetworkX v2.4 showed some performance gains.
• seq_file checks are more robust
• Added more info on logging

Initial release

This is the first official release for GenGraph!

There are some changes and new features planned that will make it into the next release, but this represents the first stable version of the code.
