- Since Multitopic format 4.2.0, it should be possible to remove any custom CSS previously added for the Multitopic format, as the built-in CSS should now be sufficient for a decent look.
- In Moodle 4.2 - 4.4, there are several issues with the new Duplicate section feature (see MDL-78080).
