Lucky Leprechaun Boots - 1.0.0-rc.1

This is the first RC for Lucky Leprechaun Boots, as mentioned in this suggestion.
This only modifies the daily luck, as it is used more frequently and consistently than the luck level is.

The biggest problem with this mod is that it uses Harmony to modify vanilla Stardew Valley's code. However, the mod only applies itself after the vanilla calculation is complete. This should have little interference with the game and there are very few, if any, other mods that modify daily luck. Even then, this should be compatible.

General notes:

• Luck increases while wearing Leprechaun Boots
• Default addition for daily luck is 0.075 (3x the amount of the Lucky Charm)
• Default multiplier for daily luck is 1.0 (no adjustment)
• Configuration file is created upon launching Stardew Valley with SMAPI the first time after the mod is installed
