Telecom-CDR-Dataset-

We used this CDR (Call Details Record) data for classified the customers and measuring satisfaction. Data set contains 17 attributes of 101174 customers with an indication of whether or not customer churned. The total number of churners is 8830. The dataset contain these variable like- state, account length, phone number, international plan, mail plan, number of voice mail messages, total day minutes, total day calls, total day charge, total evening minutes, total evening calls, total evening charge, total night minutes, total night calls, total night charge, total international minutes, total revenue SMS amount, total international calls, total international calls charge and churners. They contain many data fields including the caller number, the called number, and date and timing of the call.
