File upload fails with comma in filename

If there's a comma in a filename, like "Dominion, MPC.mid" the upload to the flashair card fails (there is a file named "Dominion" visible, but it's not possible to open.

There is also an issue when the filename has a # in the filename or if the directory name has a # character.
