ClickScan now can be activated via a Bluetooth switch accessibility interface

I've added a hotkey trigger: ~1
This trigger is the same as clicking on the ClickScan screen button and can be issued from typical iPad wireless switch interfaces, or from any keyboard device issuing ~1.

ClickScan

ClickScan - A Windows utility that enhances a switch adapted mouse by providing auto-scan and other features especially helpful for single-switch access. ClickScan presents itself as small window with a red button that hovers over other applications. A facilitator needs to position the mouse cursor over the red button. When the adapted mouse user clicks the red button, ClickScan sends a sequence of keystrokes to an application helping users to navigate and make choices on websites and in some applications. ClickScan also has a mode where two click targets can be defined. In this case when the user clicks the red button the first target is clicked. Then after a user-defined interval a second target is clicked. This mode can be used as to create motivating cause and effect activities encouraging switch interaction an building motor skills.
