Midnight Commander looks very bad

When using selenized with Midnight Commander (mc) contrast is very poor, making it almost unusable.

Indeed - that's because MC's default color settings assume that terminal's blue will be very dark and suitable for use as background. I will try to write a skin for mc that works well with Selenized palette; in the meantime you can use mc -b to run MC without colors.
