As requested in #9 by @LeviSchuck

Please note: I have no idea what I'm doing, but it seems to work.

What's pretty sweet is that this version contains the RETURNING syntax (docs here), so that should make life a bit easier when you want to query the record(s) you just inserted.
(Edit: I've added a test that demonstrates this feature.)

I basically changed the version in the dl-sqlite3 file and ran it. If there's any additional actions required that require any knowledge of c, or better-than-basic understanding of Janet, someone else is probably more capable of getting this merged.
