Arduino Harp windows x86 version 0.2.1

User libraries are now be included when building.
You can add it by selecting 'Sketch>Add library from ZIP file' menu, or direct copy the library directory into '{My Document}\Arduino\libraries'.
This program requires .NET Framework 4.x or higher.
Download, unzip and launch 'launcher.exe' to run the program.
