Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe it

It is challenging to search for new available models due to the presence of 14 API "models" cluttering the list, with no option to disable or hide them on an individual or group basis.

I submitted #2887 which was closed as resolved but disabling a model extension only hides it under "model provider" in settings, not on the model hub.

Describe the solution

Allow API models to be hidden from the model hub.

Teachability, documentation, adoption, migration strategy

Under extensions when a user clicks on the toggle to disable a model provider that should also hide all models under that extension on the model hub page.

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

When going through the model hub users looking to focus solely on models that run locally will easily be able to remove api based models from the list.
