Notification - Settings

As a user I'd like more control over the notification.

Settings ideas?

Must have

1. Duration
2. Position
3. Size / Scale

Nice to have

1. Opacity ?
2. Color ?
3. toggle Icon ?

How to access the settings?

1. As a first step all of these settings could be done in the options dialog.
2. Directly from the notification? With a small gears cog, if we have a new notification Notification with multiple interactions (controls) #40

How to preview changes?

As a user it would be nice to see the notification while changing the settings...

• On the options page we can not show the popup i believe
• maybe, as soon as clicking the cog wheel on an notification, we could keep it visible and show a larger options dialog right there, and the notification updates whenever a setting is changed
