Several fixes and improvements:

• duplicate points in the .gpx files are now removed before processing. This is critical for many devices which start writing points without GPS signal which causes many identical coordinates with moving timepoints.
• fixing a bug in merging the files (wrong indices)
• blackening files

Respect GPX extensions (heart-rate etc) in repaired files
