Perform load testing of the showcase application to determine the scale characteristics of the Janus backstage application.
Load tests should cover.

  • The limits of scale characteristics of a single instance.
  • The effects of multiple replicas on the scale characteristics
  • The points of failure

Acceptance criteria

  • The tests are repeatable, and scripts and other artifacts for doing the tests are available. Bonus if the test is automated.
  • Performance data is collected and a report is generated from the test results
