@davidfestal Can I ask if this is a separate backend plugin that is similar to the devtools-backend plugin and provide an api endpoint that contains a response with the list of dynamic plugins. If so, should this issue be moved to backstage-plugins?

I think it mainly depends on whether it is something internal and showcase-only.

For example, for the scalprum-backend plugin (exposing frontend dynamic plugin scalprum manifests to the Showcase-only frontend), it has been added in the plugins folder of the showcase repository.

If it's not a plugin expected to be used outside of the Showcase (which I assume it is since dynamic plugins are not fully standardized upstream until now), we might do the same for this plugin.
