Block Bitcoin Mining in browser (webs and extensions)
This script will add to your /etc/hosts some lines to block Bitcoin Mining sites, preventing any JS from those sites to run with you CPU.
- Download this repository
- Give execution permissions to the script by running the command
chmod +x anti-mining-hosts.sh - Execute
./anti-mining-hosts.sh
The script is prepared to be run several times without flooding your /etc/hosts.
If you find new sites that are not reflected on the mining-sites.txt file, feel free to add them to this file and create a pull request.
