+The Popgen Pipeline Platform (PPP) is a collections of Python scripts that connect the separate steps of a typical population genomics project. Currently, we are developing script for: (a) input formatting, filtering, and conversion of genomic data, (b) generating summary statistics, and (c) data mining output data files.
