Add support esm for remaining modules (#1064)
* Corrected tsconfig.json filenames in build scripts Fixed a typo in package build scripts across multiple packages. The TypeScript configuration file name has been corrected from tsconfig.csj.json to tsconfig.cjs.json. * Add new tsconfig files to export in esm and cjs * Update build commands * Update packages to support ESM and CJS modules The package.json for all packages have been updated to support both ESM and CJS modules. 'main', 'module' and 'types' properties point to the appropriate ESM and CJS locations. Now, 'exports' field is included to support conditional exports to load different file formats based on the environment. * Update export method in multiple packages The export method of multiple packages has been updated. Both the default export and module.exports have been used now in offline, postgres, redis, sqlite, and tiered package files. These changes support different types of module systems.
