Parameter type constraints allow you to write arbitrary expressions that evaluate to class types in type constraints.
function foo(x: instance(someFunction(2, 4)))
This is basically useless. If your parameter checking is that complex, just do it in the function. Also without inheritance hierarchies, instance parameter constraints are less useful in general.
