Bump bower minor version #3322

Backbone's bower version hasn't been bumped in 8 months and is missing some rather important code contributions like this one: #3003

Just wasted two hours working creating work arounds for what I now realize is old backbone code.

Unless I'm mistaken, the version on Bower is the same as the latest release — 1.1.2.

... when a 1.2.0 comes out, Bower will get it just the same as anywhere else.
