Using the Razoe View Engine:
@Html.GetGravatarTag(email, size, link, rating, alt, title, cssClass)

Parameters:

email - The email address of the user you want to retrieve the gravatar for
This address will not be exposed to the page

size - The size of the image to display

link - Where you want to image to link to

rating - Defaults to PG, change if you don't mind

alt/title - The alt and title tags of the image

cssClass - The css class you want applied to the image
