Make jasper a python package

This would allow easy distribution via pip.

The client package has been renamed to jasper. Therefore, you now need to use Jasper.py instead of jasper.py if you want to run Jasper directly from your cloned git repository.

As an alternative, you can just use the newly introduced setup.py script to install jasper like any other package. It also installs a script named Jasper into /usr/bin//usr/local/bin//~/.local/bin (depends on your system prefix).
