@jaspervdj, which pandoc versions are compatible with hakyll-4.6.3.0?

Sorry if the question is too basic, but I’m helping to package hakyll and pandoc in Fedora and i’m not sure whether the latest hakyll is compatible with 1.12.x and 1.13.x.

From hakyll.cabal:

pandoc >= 1.12.4 && < 1.14

Now I know that requirements in Haskell projects come in the .cabal file.
