FR: Azimuith and preset arrows #127

Thanks for the ideas! Preset arrows should be simple enough, I just need to figure out the right way to place them in the GUI layout. Azimuth is a neat idea too! I'm leaving few references here for myself to come back to for implementing this:

A new azimuth parameter has now been added to the Nightly Builds in case you'd like to try it out! By the way, I've moved the preset selector FR to a separate issue #151. |

You should add Azimuith parameter for those "widening cassette/tape effect".
And arrows for preset browser.
