This release removes the post-commit hook we used to automatically add the updated pom.xml to the commit made.

The reason for the removal of it was due to the buggy experience and it being looped on Windows.

This is our first release of this artifact, which is basically just the MVP.

Going forward we will include the new features and bug fixes.
