easybook now has a full featured but easy-to-use theme engine.

Currently it includes two themes:

  * `clean`, simple and minimalistic (default theme)
  * `bright`, vibrant and colorful.

Both themes are responsive for web editions and also support PDF and
ePub editions. I'll tweak and fix the themes in the coming weeks.

Documentation about the new theme engine is also comming.

This commit fixes #12 and #31
This commit closes #28, #21, #22, #23 and #24
