5.0.0 (2024-04-28)

Support for Python 3.6 has been dropped.
Integrated hpack and hyperframe into the package directly, thus avoiding pulling extra dependencies.
Added optional compiled hpack encoder and decoder in addition to the pure Python implementation.
Fixed tests warnings.
Updated version constraint for dev requirements.
