issue文章的TOC导航显示不出来，或者显示不对，该issue就有这问题
TOC导航建议增加个回到顶部，有时候issue的文章太长，想回到顶部要滑动很久
issue页面直接刷新插件功能失效了

难道要加h1?

失效是不显示TOC了吗？进入文章时候能显示吗

@jawil TOC的问题我知道了，是没有h标签，你这个是识别h标签来的吧，但是issue页面刷新的话目录树就没了
