  1. Update block_windows.go 

    wmi report inaccurate disk size, refer : https://stackoverflow.com/questions/9901792/wmi-win32-diskdrive-to-get-total-sector-on-the-physical-disk-drive  
replace Win32_DiskDrive with DeviceIOControl.
