In view of the time elapsed since the last tag, I decided to create one on the upper major version. @jesusch, I have just released 1.7.0 which should work with Django 3.0. Can I close this issue?

@jesusch it's seem we have a authenticate problem to automatically push release on pypi.org like mentioned in the last message of #705

I manually released 1.7.0, while we figure out how to fix the travis build.
