Safari problem and disable tinymce for it

i've a problem with safari, when i submit the form it sends to the backend (i use htmx) the old content instead of the new one. same code works for safari and chrome. should i trigger some JS action to ensure that the new text is used?

how can I disable, via settings or other places, the tinymce when the user is on safari?
