Kodi has multiple databases designed to provide a rich set of features to maximize your viewing and listening experience. Historically though the embedded Kodi tools and addons have left users with a complex environment without proper control. This ends up causing various metadata issues, requires using complex SQL tools and more. The goal of the Kodi Selective Cleaner is to help users get back management of their Kodi environment and spend less time maintaining their databases.
• Database visualizer allowing selection either movies, tvshows, or music videos
• Supports both Kodi local and MySQL databases
• CSV Export of most tables in the Kodi video and music databases
• TV Shows will give the option of an entire season(s) or episode(s) within a season
• Movies and music videos will allow individual or multiple selections of deletions
• Removal of all associated data with selected deletions (i.e. artwork, actors, directors, textures cache etc..)
• Database analyzer to identify orphaned data and automatic cleaning
• Menu item for selective database backups with a setting on how many backups to retain
• Addon setting to remind user to backup database before starting any deletions
