Some setups seem to choose unsafe algorithms, we should disable them (see https://issues.jboss.org/browse/APIMAN-593)

I suggest we close this PR in favor of my most recent PR which upgrades to WF 9 and apiman 1.2.1.Final. The reason is that WF 9 is based off jdk 8. |

This was the solution reached in conjunction with @jorgemoralespou
One other possibility is to push this change into the Java 7 base image, but I would think that would be too risky (law of unintended consequences!).
