this should be a property to be possible to test against other baselines.
otherwise this idea looks good -especially if the overhead for checking it in the full build is not big (Timewise)

Please extract this into a property so it can be more easily changed after each release.

Amended patch to create a property and put the execution under the already existing repository-utils block |

JBIDE-19056 shows this will not actually only check the baseline so it is mixing streams. Need to fix that. |
