PR updated - same policy is applied for repo layout - if no layout or default is set, we dont need to generate layout tag. |

Default values are enabled and daily for both. If those values are kept/set while creating new/editing repository we dont have to create respective tags in settings.xml - so we will set RepositoryPolicy to null.
