are these lines not a complete duplicate of the other lines above ?

4.2.0 is "latest milestone", whereas 4.2.0.Final is "latest stable release".
So once 4.2.0.Final comes out, we can still have an entry for 4.2.0.x (to support & not break existing Beta/CR users) but we will also need to add an entry for 4.2.1.x.
