Red Deer is still on /mars/ for now

latency, a longer timeout is needed to make the test run reliably on all Jenkins slaves. Added TimePeriod.VERY_LONG to the WaitUntil statements.
products-download.properties is needed to kick off products/eap profiles of the as tests - it has all the eap urls and md5s. But for the eap compatibility profiles used by eap team, this is not needed because the urls are always provided for the specific build in jenkins.
It was accidentaly added via another commit

Extended timeouts to make tests more reliable. Added workaround for intermittent problem with Red Deer not closing shells.
