Final paper for the RPTR project in CSE990-ProgramAnalysis at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Runtime Parameter Tracking for ROS (RPTR) is a runtime monitor for ROS systems to track the usage of parameters across ROS nodes. It discovers and reports warnings and errors for certain usage patterns in addition to generating a comprehensive report on the usage of each parameter.
